By submitting my SINGER's recording and checking the box below, I agree to allow Merging Media, Inc. (publishing company) and Three Musicians (band) to use the SINGER's Content (including video, audio, photo likeness and related Content) in the production of its original song/video titled:

"ONLY TOMORROW CAN SAY", as well as for related marketing and promotional materials, and grant Merging Media, Inc. an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and fully paid-up license to copy, edit, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, publish, broadcast and otherwise use such Content, with or without the SINGER's name, in order to promote, advertise and market the song/video "ONLY TOMORROW CAN SAY" and related Content in print, electronic, broadcast, Internet or any other media.

 

I acknowledge that my agreement to these conditions through submission of this form has the same legal force as a physical signature.
